Cancellation Policy

• Reservations can be cancelled or changed free of charge up to 2 days (48 hours) before the start of the tour.

• In case of cancellation later than 48 hours, the guest must contact us by email or phone.

• It is not possible to cancel within 24 hours before the start of the tour.

• If Reine Adventure cancels a tour, the full amount will be refunded except for the 3.5% service charge, which is non-refundable.

• Minimum number of participants in group activities:

• Kayak tours: minimum 2 participants

• Hiking tours: at least 4 participants

It is still possible to book and participate as one person, but the entire group must exceed the minimum number for group activities. If the minimum number is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the tour.
