Terms & Conditions

By booking a tour with Reine Adventure you agree to the following terms and conditions:

All participants are responsible for informing the guide about health conditions that may prove relevant to the activity as well as to follow the guide's instructions throughout the tour.
All participants must be over 14 years old unless otherwise agreed, such as booking a private tour or a family activity.
Reine Adventure reserves the right to reschedule, change the route, change the time, or cancel the tour if necessary, for example due to weather or safety reasons.
Participation is at your own risk. Reine Adventure is not responsible for any personal belongings lost or damaged during the tour.
Participants must comply with local safety regulations and use provided safety equipment.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations can be cancelled or changed free of charge up to 2 days (48 hours) before the start of the tour.
In case of cancellation later than 48 hours, the guest must contact us by email or phone.
It is not possible to cancel within 24 hours before the start of the tour.
If Reine Adventure cancels a tour, the full amount will be refunded except for the 3.5% service charge, which is non-refundable.
Minimum number of participants in group activities:
Kayak tours: minimum 2 participants
Hiking tours: at least 4 participants

It is still possible to book and participate as one person, but the entire group must exceed the minimum number for group activities. If the minimum number is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the tour.

We only collect personal data that is necessary to process your booking (name, contact details, payment information).
Your data will only be used to administer your booking and communicate relevant information about the tour.
We do not share your personal data with third parties, except when required for payment services or by law.
You have the right to request access to, change or have your data deleted by contacting us.
